For the 150+ dealers across India, BMI Monier was following a traditional approach to the dealer agreement documentation process. It involved a lot of time, effort, multiple personnel involvement and paper wastage. I digitized this process entirely by using a SAAS platform called ‘Platoform’ where the process is much simpler and instant in which dealers can fill out the form using their mobile phone or laptop. All the validation and verification steps are also taken care of with the dealers receiving the RP agreement instantly with automatically generated PDF which takes the inputs from the data entered.
